If you wish to file a case in the Justice Court, Small Claims Court or a Forcible Entry and Detainer, forms are available at the links below or in the Justice of the Peace office. To receive a form by mail, you must send a self-addressed stamped envelope and a written request of the form you would like to have. We will mail the form to you within 3 business days.
